To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure. Once this is done, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order (referred to as the "Order Confirmation"). Subsequently, you will receive a second email confirming the acceptance of your order and its delivery (referred to as the "Delivery Confirmation"). It is important to note that if you do not receive such confirmation from us, the Contract is not established.

7. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

In case of supply difficulties or out of stock products, we may provide you with information regarding substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you can order. However, if you do not wish to proceed with the substitute products, we will refund any payment you have made.

Although we aim to process all orders, we may occasionally refuse to process or accept an order even after sending an Order Confirmation due to unforeseen circumstances, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. 9. PRICE, ORDERING AND PAYMENT

The pricing of our products will be as indicated on our website, subject to occasional changes, except in cases of evident errors. Should we identify an error in the price of products you have placed an order for, we will promptly notify you and provide the option to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We accept various forms of payment, including debit cards, MCB Juice and Bank Transfer. Payment must be made in full before we can ship your order.

10. DELIVERY

- Fashion Avenue provides delivery options through Mauritius Post, including standard and express shipping, as well as a home delivery service.

- The advised delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. All orders are usually shipped within 1- 2 business days.

- Delays may happen due to unforeseen delivery disruptions that could potentially occur.

- Throughout sale and promotional periods, our warehouse will process and dispatch all orders as promptly as possible. Nevertheless, busy periods may cause some dispatch delays. If there is an issue caused by an external factor beyond our control, we will promptly notify you and take appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of the delay.

- The delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice. The delivery fee, along with any additional charges related to your order, will be provided to you at the checkout stage, and payment for these fees must be made upon placing your order.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
