How do I order online?

You can add as many items as you want while browsing our store by clicking the Add to Cart button. Once you are done, you can click on the Cart icon and proceed to Checkout. Follow the instructions by selecting delivery and payment method to complete your order. Our team is always happy to guide you at any step ! 


What payment methods does Fashion Avenue use?
We accept payments from following :

  • MCB Juice.

  • Bank Transfer. 


Why was my order cancelled?

 If you have selected MCB Juice or Bank Transfer payment methods, order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours. 

Do you ship internationally?
Fashion Avenue does not currently ship outside of Mauritius.

Do you offer free shipping
?
Yes! We do offer free shipping for orders over Rs 1000 through Mauritius Post.

How much is shipping
?

Can I make changes to my order ?
Once your order is submitted,  we begin processing it immediately so it can get to you ASAP !  During this time, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched ?
After you complete the checkout process, you’ll see a page with your order summary and reference number. Keep this order summary number for your records, as it may be useful.

You should also receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, make sure to also check it your email junk/spam folder! 
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a reference number . You can use this number and call your local post office to know the status of your order. 

My order hasn’t arrived yet.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible.. Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). If you do not get your order within 5–7 business days via standard shipping or the specified date for express shipping, don’t worry — please call customer support at 58005051 or email us at info@fashionavenue.mu.


 

Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at 58005051 or here to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing.
We apologize if you have received damaged item. We do all we can to keep your deliveries safe and secure but if something has gone wrong, we are here to help. 

If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty or missing, please send us a message here or contact us on 58005051 with a description of the issue along with photos and your order number.
